Veable

Terms of service

Effective 9 July 2026. These terms apply when you access or use Veable.

Operator and agreement

Veable is operated by Vecti Tech Ltd, company number 16941866, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, United Kingdom, IP28 7DE. By creating an account or using Veable, you agree to these terms and our privacy notice. If you use Veable for an organisation, you confirm that you can bind it to these terms.

Accounts and access

You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in and approved desktop connections, and tell us promptly about suspected misuse. You are responsible for activity through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable care.

The service

Veable coordinates authorised website capture, rebuild, review, and edit work through an approved local desktop agent. Features, quotas, supported connectors, and fair-use limits shown in the product form part of the service description. Preview, beta, and coming-soon features are not guaranteed production features.

Your materials and authority

You keep rights in URLs, prompts, images, text, and other material you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that material and operate Veable. Use Veable only where you own the relevant rights, have permission, or are otherwise legally permitted to inspect, capture, rebuild, transform, or use the material. Veable does not perform an automatic rights check.

Output and review

As between you and us, you own any rights we may have in generated project output, subject to rights in your inputs, source material, open-source software, third-party assets, and provider terms. Output may be incomplete or inaccurate. Before publishing, you must review functionality, security, accessibility, privacy, intellectual property, licences, brand use, claims, and regulated content.

Acceptable use

Do not use Veable to impersonate or deceive; infringe rights; copy private or access-controlled material; bypass security or technical limits; distribute malware; probe systems without authority; overload the service; resell account access; or create unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content. We may investigate, limit, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, rights holders, Veable, or the public.

Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation

Paid plans are priced in the currency and amount shown at checkout. Unless checkout says otherwise, Pro is US$4.99 billed monthly and renews automatically until cancelled. Taxes may apply. You can cancel through Manage billing in Settings; access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless law requires otherwise. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout. Cancelling does not delete your account or local project files.

Changes to plans or service

We may change features, limits, or prices. We will give reasonable advance notice of a material paid-plan change and explain when it takes effect. If you do not accept a future subscription change, you may cancel before it applies.

Availability and responsibility

We use reasonable care and skill but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or that every source website can be captured or rebuilt. Desktop software, browsers, source sites, hosting, payment services, and agent providers are outside our full control. You remain responsible for backups and deployment of local output.

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, statutory rights and remedies remain unaffected. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost business, lost data, or third-party claims caused by your submitted material or published output. Our total liability relating to paid service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid for Veable in that period, unless law requires a higher amount.

Termination and data

You may stop using Veable or request account closure. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security risk, or unlawful use, normally with notice where practical. Terms that by their nature continue after termination remain in force. Local project files remain on your computer; account-data handling follows our privacy notice.

Law, changes, and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, but consumers may retain mandatory rights to bring claims where they live. We may update these terms for legal, security, or service changes and will post material changes with a new effective date. Contact support@veable.app with questions.
